STATEMENT

Lives and works between Mexico City and Los Angeles

JP Vidal’s work revolves around the psychology of human understanding, which primarily absorbs the languages of advertising, cinema, and the contemporary art market, proposing peculiar seduction mechanisms by shaping a universe where things are not what they seem.
